The Osmoz LED backlight module is a complete solution for signaling the status of devices in electrical installations. Specially designed to work with indicator buttons and diffusers, it provides effective light signaling at 230V for a period of 20 years in accordance with the IEC 60947-5-1 standard.
The device utilizes a light-emitting diode (LED), which, under typical usage, translates to 20 years of continuous operation. A built-in current-limiting resistor and a protection diode protect the light source from surges and extend its lifespan.
Construction and compatibility
The housing, made of high-quality materials, ensures resistance to environmental conditions typical for electrical switchboards. Front mounting enables quick installation, making it compatible with most switches and buttons available on the market.
The green color of the emitted light is ideal for applications requiring unambiguous identification of the device's operating status - especially in building automation systems and industrial control installations.
Operating parameters and safety
The device operates within a wide voltage range of 195,5-264,5V AC, allowing for stable operation even with significant mains voltage fluctuations. Screw connection ensures secure wire fastening and ease of servicing without the need for soldering.
Low power consumption (3,24W in active mode) translates to minimal impact on the energy balance of the entire installation, while simultaneously providing sufficient luminous intensity for effective signaling.

In care for the natural environment, the backlight module has been designed with full recycling in mind - 81% of components can be reused, and the recycled material content amounts to 17% of the total mass. The product does not contain substances subject to RoHS restrictions or REACH candidate substances.
The entire unit weighs only 14 grams, which minimizes the environmental impact of transport and facilitates installation in hard-to-reach places within electrical switchboards.
