This XL³ 800 metal distribution board is a reliable element of electrical infrastructure, designed for use in public buildings and demanding industrial installations. Made of high-quality steel, it provides durable protection for electrical components and safe energy distribution. Its design allows for the mounting of devices with currents up to 800A, making it an ideal solution for extended systems.

Construction and user features

The distribution board is characterized by a solid construction with a powder-coated body (RAL 7035 color) and a base in RAL 7004 color. Made of steel sheet, it guarantees high mechanical resistance – IK08 – and the IP43 protection degree (with gasket and door) protects against the ingress of solids and moisture. Transparent, glazed doors facilitate control of the installation status without having to open the housing. This makes servicing and diagnostics faster and more convenient.

Inside the distribution board there are mounting profiles attached to the rear wall and a cable gland plate with the possibility of cutting to size, which facilitates adaptation to specific installation needs. The ability to connect distribution boards in sets (vertically and horizontally) increases design flexibility and allows the system to be adapted to changing requirements. The distribution board has a single lock to secure access to the interior.

The XL³ 800 distribution board offers space for 24 modules in a row, with a usable height of 1800 mm and a usable width of 600 mm. Its depth of 230 mm provides sufficient space for mounting devices and cables. It meets the standards of resistance to heat to a temperature of 750°C for 5 seconds (IEC 60695-2-1), which increases safety of use. This makes it a suitable solution for facilities with increased fire safety requirements.
