Functionality and application

The SPX disconnect switch serves as both a safety disconnect and a main circuit breaker. This allows for safe disconnection of a section of the installation for maintenance or repair work. A rated continuous current of 125A and the ability to withstand short-circuit currents up to 50 kA make it an ideal solution for protecting medium and high power circuits. The possibility of panel mounting allows for flexible adaptation to different installation conditions.

Construction and mounting

The disconnect switch is characterized by the location of the drive element on the front side, which facilitates operation and control of the device status. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The connection of the main contacts is made using frame clamps, which ensures a secure and stable connection of the conductors. The degree of protection IP40 guarantees protection against contact with solid foreign objects with a diameter of more than 1 mm. The use of the cover handle as an actuator provides convenient and intuitive operation. Mounting is directly on the panel or plate (although this is not a standard solution for this model).
