Residual current circuit breaker P 312 2P C 32 A 30 mA type AC 10KA DX3 series 410982
Protection and safety in one device
The RCBO P 312 2P C 32 A 30 mA type AC 10kA from the DX3 series is a reliable solution providing comprehensive protection for electrical installations. It combines the functions of an overcurrent circuit breaker and a residual current device, protecting against the effects of overloads, short circuits and electric shock. This is an ideal solution for both professional installers and end-users looking for effective protection.
Functionality and application
This two-pole (2P) circuit breaker with a rated current of 32A and characteristic C is designed to operate in AC (alternating current) circuits. Characteristic C provides a delayed tripping response to short-term overloads, which is particularly important when connecting devices with motors or other elements generating high starting current. The rated residual current of 30 mA guarantees a quick response in the event of a leakage current to earth, minimizing the risk of electric shock. The breaking capacity of 10 kA ensures effective disconnection of the circuit in the event of a short circuit.
Comfort of installation and use
The P 312 DX3 circuit breaker is characterized by a compact design – it occupies only 2 module widths, allowing for optimal use of space in the distribution board. It has a lock to prevent accidental switching on after switching off due to protection activation. Additionally, it is equipped with a test button, allowing regular checking of the correct operation of the residual current function. Flush mounting increases the aesthetics of the installation. Conductor cross-sections of solid wires from 0.75 to 16 mm² and stranded wires from 0.75 to 10 mm² provide great freedom in choosing wires. The degree of protection IP20 provides protection against finger contact and solid objects larger than 12.5 mm.
