Additionally, a lock prevents accidental disconnection of the RCD, increasing safety. A test button allows for regular verification of the device's correct operation. The bottom fixing and terminal cover facilitate wire connection.

This residual current device is designed to operate in installations with a rated voltage of 230V AC and a frequency of 50Hz. The rated impulse withstand voltage of the device is 4kV, and its current impact resistance is 0.25kA. The short-circuit withstand strength (Icw) is 10kA, guaranteeing reliable operation even in the event of overloads. The cross-section of the connected solid wire can range from 0.75 to 50 mm², and the stranded wire from 0.75 to 35 mm². The ambient temperature in operating conditions is in the range of -25 to 60°C, allowing it to be used in various environmental conditions. The IP20 degree of protection provides protection against accidental contact and against solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. The RCD does not have short-circuit tripping or selective protection. The RCD housing is close to RAL 7035 in color.
