The button with a 32 mm diameter requires a 22,5 mm mounting hole, ensuring stable seating without play. The high profile of the button facilitates operation even when wearing work gloves, and the round shape of the lens guarantees an even distribution of pressure force.

The "push-twist" rotary mechanism requires a two-stage operation—first pressing, then turning—which eliminates accidental activation. The lack of self-resetting means that after activation, the button remains in the latched position until manually reset.
