Construction and mounting

The switch is characterized by a simple and intuitive design, which greatly facilitates its installation. Automatic terminals allow for quick and easy connection of wires, saving valuable time during installation. In addition, the possibility of claw or screw mounting provides flexibility to adapt to different conditions. A mounting plate is included in the set, eliminating the need to purchase additional elements. An installation depth of 28 mm and a minimum mounting box depth of 32 mm guarantee compatibility with most standard installation boxes.

Functionality and safety

The switch has a rated current of 16 A and a rated voltage of 250 V, making it suitable for most standard lighting and socket circuits. The built-in LED backlight (replaceable) not only makes it easier to locate the switch in the dark, but also informs about its current status – it lights up in the "ON" position. Halogen-free construction increases safety of use, and the IP20 degree of protection provides protection against accidental contact. Characteristic C allows it to react more slowly to short current surges, therefore it tolerates starting devices with a motor well. Additionally, impact resistance IK04 guarantees resistance to mechanical damage. Importantly – all colors of the SUNO series are mass-colored, which ensures color durability and abrasion resistance.
