Construction and Mounting

The Suno socket is characterized by a solid construction and easy installation. Screw terminals ensure a secure connection of wires, minimizing the risk of loosening connections during operation. Flush mounting allows for aesthetic integration of the socket into the interior design. The minimum depth of the mounting box is 32 mm. With dimensions of 72.9 x 72.9 x 40.2 mm, the socket fits standard installation boxes. The mounting method – claw or screw – provides flexibility during installation.

Safety and Compliance with Standards

The socket is made of halogen-free materials, which increases safety in the event of a fire, limiting the release of toxic gases. It has a protection degree of IP20, which means protection against touching with fingers and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. Impact resistance IK04 provides resistance to mechanical damage. The socket does not have child protection or overvoltage protection – remember to use additional protection in the electrical installation if required.
