Functionality and construction

PRACTIBOX S offers 4 rows of 12 modules each, giving a total capacity of 54 modules. The dimensions of the distribution box (328 x 766 x 108 mm) allow for comfortable placement of protective and control devices. It is equipped with a DIN rail, an earth terminal block and a neutral conductor terminal block, which facilitates correct wiring. The possibility of expansion allows the distribution box to be adapted to changing needs. Transparent doors with a cylinder lock allow easy monitoring of the installation status without having to open the housing. Additionally, the radio signal permeable doors ensure good coverage of wireless networks.

Safety and compliance with standards

The distribution box meets the requirements of protection class IP40, which means protection against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm. The design is not compliant with the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive, but provides basic protection against interference. It also has a mechanical resistance of IK07. The satin material of the housing and the cover with doors minimizes the effect of mirror reflections, which improves visual comfort.
