Surface-mounted distribution box XL3 S 160 is a solid solution for building safe and functional electrical installations. Made of steel, in white color (RAL 9003), it is designed for wall mounting. Its construction allows for the placement of up to 168 modules, making it ideal for use in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

Construction and mounting

The distribution box has DIN rails that allow for easy mounting of modular devices - circuit breakers, residual current devices and other protective devices. Thanks to the possibility of expansion, it can be adapted to the changing needs of the installation. Surface mounting simplifies installation and access to the inside of the distribution box. Additionally, the presence of a mounting plate ensures stability and safety. A lock on the housing increases the safety of use, protecting against unauthorized access.

Application and features

This distribution box is particularly useful where a large number of electrical circuits are required. Its internal depth (103 mm) provides sufficient space for mounting modular devices with standard dimensions. The degree of protection IP30 guarantees protection against accidental contact and the ingress of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm. A transparent cover/door facilitates visual control of the installation status without having to open the housing.
