Universal TV-R-SAT socket for home and professional installations
This antenna socket is designed for terrestrial (DVBT), satellite and radio television installations. It allows connection of two cables, making it an ideal solution for both new installations and modernization of existing systems. The socket design allows for flush mounting, ensuring an aesthetic appearance and discreet placement in the wall.
The socket is characterized by low signal attenuation – only 1.5 dB at 860 MHz and 2 dB at 2150 MHz – which guarantees high quality of the received image and sound. It is compatible with modern UHD TVs, providing a stable signal even at high resolution. Made of high-quality thermoplastic and metal, the socket is durable and resistant to mechanical damage (IK04). Additionally, it has an IP20 protection rating, which protects against accidental contact with conductive elements.
Construction and mounting
The socket is adapted for mounting both with claws and screws, which gives great freedom during installation. The minimum depth of the mounting box is 40.6 mm. Thanks to its compact dimensions (72.5 x 72.7 x 27.8 mm), the socket easily fits into a standard flush-mounted box. The surface finish is matte, and the aluminum color blends perfectly with various interior arrangements. Importantly, all colors in the SUNO series are mass-dyed, not lacquered – this guarantees color durability and abrasion resistance.
Safety and compliance with standards
The socket is made of halogen-free materials, which increases safety and minimizes the risk of toxic gases in the event of a fire. It has certificates of compliance with applicable standards, confirming its high quality and reliability. The use of plastic provides electrical insulation and protects against electric shock. The socket is also adapted to remotely power some satellite devices (LNB).
