Frequency inverter for a wide range of applications

The LSIS G100 series frequency inverter is a versatile device, ideal for various industrial applications. Designed for three-phase systems, it offers a power of 1.5 kW and provides precise control over electric motors. Its compact size and DIN rail mounting capability facilitate installation, while built-in functions such as an EMC C3 filter and braking module increase its functionality and reliability.

Design and functionality

The G100 series stands out with its simple parameterization and built-in potentiometer, which significantly reduces startup time. Thanks to the improved sensorless vector control, it ensures optimal performance for both constant and variable torque loads. The ability to mount them side by side allows for efficient use of space in control cabinets. Additionally, the "Dual Rating" function allows you to adapt the parameters to specific application requirements.

Communication and expansion

The inverter is equipped with a Modbus RTU/RS485 communication interface, enabling integration with automation systems. It can optionally be expanded with additional communication cards: Modbus, Profibus-DP, CANopen and Dual Port Ethernet/IP. The parameter copying function via SMART Copier simplifies the configuration of multiple devices and software updates without the need for power supply. Increased efficiency thanks to features taken from the IG5A series and compliance with global standards ensure reliable operation for a long time – up to 27 years MTTF (Mean Time To Failure). The device finds application in small machines, cranes, conveyors, presses and HVAC systems.
