The iS7 series inverter is an advanced device designed for demanding industrial applications. It is characterized by versatility, high functionality and precise operation, making it an ideal solution for various machines and equipment. The SV0370IS7-4NOD model with a power of 37kW is powered by a 3x400VAC voltage, ensuring stable and efficient operation.

Wide range of control and configuration options

The iS7 inverter offers advanced control algorithms, including constant and variable torque vector control, allowing for optimization of engine operation depending on the nature of the load. This allows it to be effectively used in pumps, fans, conveyors and other industrial machines. Encoder support allows for precise positioning, and numerous expansion cards increase its functionality. The built-in braking module (up to 22kW) and EMC filter class C (up to 22kW) ensure safety and electromagnetic compatibility. For power above 22kW, a DC circuit choke is available, reducing harmonic distortion and improving the power factor.

Construction and durability

The iS7 inverters are characterized by a solid construction and high quality of workmanship. The electronic boards are double-lacquered, which ensures stable operation even in difficult environmental conditions. Oversized power modules (IGBT) and capacitors guarantee resistance to high overloads – up to 150% of the rated current for 60 seconds and 200% for 2 seconds. The integrated EMC input filter compliant with IEC/EN 61800-3 (environment 1) further increases resistance to interference.

Functionality for professionals

The device offers a wide range of protective functions and the ability to program using an LCD keyboard (available separately). The Easy Start function makes it easy to start and configure the inverter, and dedicated expansion cards allow you to adapt it to specific application requirements – from simple tasks to advanced control systems. PLC cards, communication cards (Profibus-DP, Modbus TCP, CANopen, etc.) and additional digital and analog inputs/outputs are available. The inverter is compatible with various types of encoders and offers the possibility of operating in torque or speed control mode.
