LSIS S100 Series Inverter – Precise Drive Control

The LSIS S100 series inverter is a modern solution for controlling electric motors, providing smooth speed and torque regulation. Model LSLV0022S100-1FNM, powered by 230V AC, generates a three-phase 230VAC output with a power of 2.2kW. This device is suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications where precision and efficiency are required.

Functionality and application

This inverter is not only speed control. Built-in PLC functions allow you to implement simple automation sequences without the need for an external controller. Thanks to Modbus RTU/RS485 communication, you can easily integrate it with building management systems (BMS) or production lines. Vector control (sensorless) with constant and variable torque operation ensures optimal matching to the load characteristics. The ability to set the speed using analog signals (0-10V, 4-20mA, 0-20mA) provides great flexibility in system configuration.

Safety and reliability

The design of the LSIS S100 inverter has been enriched with a number of protections: overload (OCP), overvoltage (OVP), short-circuit (SCP), thermal (OTP), and undervoltage (BOP). The built-in EMC filter class C3 minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring compatibility with other devices. Additionally, the optional braking module (available up to 22kW) and Safety Stop relay increase the level of safety. The IP20 protection class housing protects internal components from touch. The device is designed for wall mounting at temperatures from -10°C to 50°C. The output frequency is adjustable in the range of 0-400Hz.
