Solid battery-powered lawn mower for large gardens

This device is a professional machine with a working width of 53.4 cm, designed for efficient mowing of lawns up to 2300 m². It is powered by a 2x18V (36V) system, meaning it uses two Li-ion batteries from the LXT series simultaneously. This solution provides sufficient power for operation with drive and cutting of dense grass while maintaining mobility without the need for a power cable. The DLM532Z version is sold as "tool only", i.e., without batteries and charger, allowing flexible integration with an existing machine park.

Working comfort and drive technology

A key structural element is the self-propelled drive, which significantly reduces operator effort, especially on hilly terrain or during longer mowing routes. The travel speed can be smoothly adjusted from 2.5 to 5 km/h using a control lever. Importantly for installers and users, the drive has its own brushless motor (BLDC), which does not burden the main cutting motor. As a result, the power allocated for cutting does not decrease even when the mower encounters increased resistance.

The main motor is also brushless and equipped with ADT (Automatic Torque Drive) technology. This system automatically adjusts the blade rotational speed and torque to the current grass load. If the grass is wet or very dense, the mower increases power; with loose grass, it reduces RPM, saving battery energy. Additionally, the Soft No Load function automatically slows down the motor when the mower is not cutting grass (e.g., during maneuvering), reducing noise levels and power consumption.

Mowing flexibility and structural durability

The machine offers three operating modes:

• Collection – grass is directed into a large 70-liter grass catcher equipped with a fill indicator;
• Mulching – thanks to a special blade and mulching plug, grass is finely chopped and scattered over the lawn as natural fertilization;
• Side discharge – enables quick removal of cut biomass in cases of very tall grass or wet conditions.

Height adjustment is central and available in 10 positions ranging from 20 to 100 mm using a single lever, facilitating quick adaptation of the device to various terrain conditions. The housing is made of steel, ensuring high mechanical durability when encountering ground irregularities or stones. The wheels are mounted on ball bearings, improving the machine's maneuverability even on soft ground.

Power system and resistance to external conditions

To ensure continuous operation, the device features as many as 4 battery slots. The mower operates simultaneously on two batteries, and once they are depleted, the operator can manually switch to the second pair using a knob without interrupting work or turning off the machine. The entire system is protected by XPT (Xtreme Protection Technology), which increases the device's resistance to dust and moisture (IPX4 rating). This allows the mower to operate in more challenging atmospheric conditions without risk of electronic damage from splashes or dust generated while mowing dry vegetation.

The set includes essential assembly tools (13 mm and 17 mm socket wrenches) and a mulching plug enabling immediate transition to grass mulching mode after removing the standard cutting blade. Please note that the device is not compatible with the manufacturer's cheapest batteries without electronics (BL1811G/BL1813G/BL1815G series) nor with the 1.3 Ah battery (BL1815).
