The use of a brushless motor (BLDC) in this device translates into performance that enables effective spraying of large areas, such as vegetable gardens, greenhouses, or green spaces. Thanks to the XGT 40Vmax system, the user gains full mobility – the absence of a cable ensures freedom of movement even in hard-to-reach places, while battery swapping allows work to continue without downtime. The device is designed as a backpack, distributing weight evenly across the operator's back, reducing fatigue during longer work sessions.

Spray performance can be precisely adjusted to meet needs thanks to two operating modes:

• High mode (Hi): Generates a spray rate of up to 1400 ml/min with air velocity reaching 64 m/s. This enables a horizontal reach of up to 14 meters, which is crucial when spraying tall shrubs or trees.
• Low mode (Lo): Reduces liquid consumption to 180 ml/min and air velocity to 42 m/s, promoting chemical savings during gentler treatments or work near sensitive crops. The range in this mode is approximately 9 meters.

Continuous operating time depends on the batteries used. When using two 8.0 Ah batteries (BL4080F), the device can operate for up to 22 minutes at maximum performance. The system is compatible with the entire range of 40V XGT batteries (from 2 Ah to 8 Ah), offering flexibility in selecting a power source depending on availability and planned working time. The noise level during operation is 106 dB(A), which is typical for this type of high-power portable device and requires hearing protection.

Configuration and additional components

The kit includes all necessary components to start work immediately:

• Nozzle with an orifice diameter of 0.5 mm (code: 327C46-2) – ideal for creating a fine mist deposit.
• Diffusion Cover – used to disperse the air and liquid stream over a larger area at lower pressure.
• 13 mm socket wrench – essential for adjusting or replacing nozzles.

The device features a tank with a capacity of 15 liters, allowing for a greater number of treatments before refilling is required. The total length of the device is approximately 690 mm, ensuring a compact form despite the large tank capacity. Please note that version PM001GZ01 is a so-called "skin" – meaning the device head only, without batteries or charger, which must be purchased separately or utilized from an existing XGT system.

Thanks to brushless technology, the motor does not require carbon brush replacement and is characterized by a longer service life and lower electricity consumption compared to brushed solutions. This solution is particularly suitable where application precision and independence from the power grid are essential during field or gardening work.
