Cordless hedge trimmers with a 60 cm blade length are a tool that combines mobility with the efficiency required for gardening tasks. Thanks to the brushless BLDC motor, the device offers longer service life and higher performance with lower energy consumption compared to traditional solutions. Applications and Key Features

These trimmers are designed for precise cutting of branches up to 23 mm in diameter. The gap between the blades is 35 mm, allowing free passage through thicker shoots without the risk of the tool getting stuck. The blade shape has been optimized to ensure smooth cutting without snagging plants.

It is worth noting the 3-step electronic stroke frequency control. The user can adjust the operating speed to the type of plant being trimmed:

• Slower speed for delicate branches or precise shaping.
• Faster speed for dense and harder sections of the hedge.

An additional advantage is the debris collection bar, which is mounted directly on the device. This prevents cut leaves and twigs from scattering across the garden, making cleanup after work significantly faster and less time-consuming. The handles are covered with elastomer, ensuring a secure grip even with work gloves or in wet conditions.

Power Supply and System Compatibility

The device operates on an 18V system and is supplied with a 6.0 Ah battery and a fast charger dedicated to this model. This configuration allows for extended operating time without the need for frequent battery switching. The set also includes an LED indicator for low battery charge – a simple feature that prevents sudden stoppage in the middle of a task.

Please note that the tool is compatible with a wider range of MAKITA 18V batteries (e.g., models with 3 Ah, 4 Ah, or 5 Ah capacity), but it is not compatible with older models without electronics or the lightest low-capacity battery (below standard). This allows users to utilize batteries already owned for other MAKITA tools (over 120 models), making this set a very economical long-term solution.

The set includes a complete starter package: the DUH604SRG trimmers themselves, a blade guard for safe transport and storage, and a Polish user manual and warranty card.
