Efficient cleaning of large surfaces without cables

The Makita VS001GZ cordless sweeper is a device designed for intensive use on construction sites and in commercial facilities. Thanks to the 40V XGT power system and brushless technology (BLDC), the machine offers performance comparable to corded devices, but with full mobility. The user can expect cleaning of up to 2600 m² per hour (using two BL4080F batteries in standard mode on a concrete surface), which significantly accelerates cleaning work after the end of the working day. The working width is adjustable within the range of 480 mm to 650 mm, allowing for precise adjustment of the device to the width of corridors, passages, or open halls.

Advanced filtration and dust protection

A key element of the design is the class L filtration system, equipped with a HEPA filter (model 162699-0) and a pre-filter. This configuration effectively traps fine dust, protecting the operator's health and preventing the spread of contaminants in rooms. The device also features an automatic filter cleaning mechanism, which restores suction performance without the need for manual intervention during operation. An additional advantage is the XPT (eXtended Protection Technology) technology, which increases the machine's resistance to dust and moisture, allowing it to work in harsh construction conditions where other devices might fail. The 24 liter dust container is equipped with an ergonomic handle, making it easy to remove and empty even when full.

Working comfort and operational parameters

For a professional, not only power but also operating time and ergonomics are important. The device allows for flexible adjustment of operating time to needs thanks to the use of two 40V batteries: using a set of 2x 5.0 Ah, you can expect up to 290 minutes of operation in standard mode or 120 minutes in maximum mode, and with more powerful 2x 8.0 Ah cells, this time extends to 480 minutes or 200 minutes, respectively. The low noise level (K value = 3 dB(A)) and limited vibrations (≤ 2.5 m/s²) ensure that working with this device does not fatigue the operator even during multi-hour shifts. If transport or storage is required, the sweeper can be folded to dimensions of 830 x 677 x 467 mm, making it easy to transport in a delivery van. Two main brushes and one side brush are included, ready for immediate assembly and start of work. The device is characterized by a brushless BLDC motor and dust class L, making it a versatile tool for both small workshops and large logistics centers.
