HYDROBOX MAXA is a ready-made hydraulic module, specifically designed to work with heat pumps with a capacity of 6-18 kW. It enables quick and trouble-free installation of a monoblock heat pump, both in systems with a heat accumulator, a DHW tank, and directly in the central heating installation. This is a comprehensive solution that significantly simplifies installation work and saves time and resources.

Construction and functionality

The module is equipped with a number of components ensuring optimal operation and safety of the system:

• ecoMAX controller: enables precise control of the module's operation and integration with the heating system.
• DN25 switching valve: provides smooth switching between circuits.
• Electric heater 3x2 kW (stepped): provides an additional heat source, protecting the installation from freezing in extreme conditions. Stepped heater activation allows you to adjust the power to current needs.
• Electrical protection with contactors: protects the electrical installation from overloads and short circuits.
• Anti-freeze system HOT BYPASS with battery: ensures protection against freezing even during a prolonged power outage.
• Magnetic filter (11000G magnet, 500μm mesh): effectively captures magnetic and mechanical impurities, protecting the heat pump and installation from damage. This filter helps maintain high system efficiency and extends its lifespan.
• Safety valve 3 bar: protects the installation from excessive pressure.
• Hydraulic connections GW 1”: facilitate connection to the existing central heating installation.
