The NPB-240-24TB desktop charger from MEAN WELL is a solid and efficient device designed for charging lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries (including nickel-cobalt and LiFePO4). With a power of 240W and an output voltage of 27.6V, it is ideal for a wide range of applications – from power tools, through electric vehicles, to uninterruptible power supply systems.

Regulation and safety – the key to long battery life

The device offers the ability to regulate the output current and voltage, allowing you to adjust the charging parameters to the specific requirements of a given battery. The choice between two- and three-stage charging curves allows you to optimize the process depending on the type and condition of the battery. Additionally, the charger is equipped with a number of protections – against short circuit, overvoltage, temperature, and reverse polarity – which guarantees safe and reliable operation. An LED indicates the current status of the device.

Wide range of applications and permissible operating conditions

The NPB-240-24TB charger is distinguished by a wide range of input voltage (90-264VAC or 127-370VDC), which makes it a universal solution in various installations. Thanks to free air convection cooling, it can operate in harsh temperature conditions, in the range of -30°C to +70°C. Compliance with EN62368 and EN60335-1/2-29 standards ensures a high level of safety and reliability. The device is available in a version with a screw terminal, which facilitates the connection of wires.
