Construction and materials of the protective helmet

The MN-06-143-3 protective helmet is made of injection-molded high-density polyethylene, ensuring resistance to mechanical damage. The smooth shell surface features ribs that provide greater rigidity to the helmet.

The core of the safety system is a plastic, six-arm suspension that ensures the helmet stays securely on the head. The front strap of the suspension is covered with material forming a sweatband.

The design also takes into account practical aspects of operation – the helmet has a water drainage rim located around the circumference of the shell.

Adjustment and fitting

The strap adjustment at the back of the helmet allows for size fitting to the user's head in the range of 54-61 cm.

The three-step height adjustment of the suspension enables optimal positioning of the helmet relative to the head. Additional side mounts allow for the installation of ear protectors.

System compatibility is confirmed by the possibility of mounting a 4-point textile chin strap MN-06-140-2.

Safety and applications

The helmet is intended for use in low-voltage installations or near live parts up to 1000 V AC or 1500 V DC. This characteristic makes it an ideal solution for electricians and installers.

The product has a certificate for a safe protective helmet.
