The KW/KW PVC-C 1" fitting is an element of the installation system made of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC). Designed for connecting pipes and fittings in a glued system, it provides a durable and tight connection in hot and cold water installations, air conditioning, and industrial applications. Its construction is based on the dimensional system of copper pipes CTS (up to 2 inches) and steel IPS (from 2 to 4 inches), which guarantees compatibility with various types of installations.

Resistance and safety for your installation

The use of CPVC in the production of this fitting translates into a number of benefits. This material is characterized by high resistance to corrosion, scale and dirt deposition, and the action of several hundred chemical compounds. In addition, CPVC is a physiologically and microbiologically inert material, making it safe for drinking water installations. This fitting provides long-term protection for the installation - its durability is estimated at a minimum of 50 years.

Quick installation and efficiency

The fitting is installed using aggressive adhesives, and the connection time does not exceed one minute, which significantly speeds up installation work. The smooth inner surface minimizes flow resistance, allowing for potential reduction of pipeline diameters. The fitting design ensures flow with a full cross-section, reducing local flow resistance. Furthermore, the high thermal insulation of CPVC reduces the risk of condensation on cold water pipes. The fitting has an outer diameter of 28.6 mm and does not have a thread or a dimension reduction function.
