Microprocessor-based electrical parameter recorder – precise measurement and data analysis

RPM-416 is an advanced device that combines the functions of measuring, displaying, and archiving electrical parameters. It is a versatile tool, finding application in energy audits as well as in network monitoring systems. The recorder allows for a detailed analysis of energy consumption, identification of potential problems, and optimization of electrical installation operation. Thanks to the possibility of connecting to an Ethernet network and remote access to data, RPM-416 provides convenience and efficiency.

Functionality and capabilities

The device archives data on a removable SD/MMC memory card with adjustable recording frequency – even up to 0.001 seconds. The saved data can then be analyzed using the dedicated RPM-416 Data Analysis software, available on the manufacturer's website. The built-in real-time clock powered by a lithium battery guarantees measurement accuracy and the ability to precisely reproduce events. Additionally, RPM-416 enables connection to an Ethernet network (10Base-T or 100Base-T), allowing for remote device configuration and data transfer to a PC in real time. This is particularly useful when monitoring hard-to-reach objects.

Universality and flexibility

One of the key advantages of the recorder is its universality. The ability to connect additional modules expands the range of measured signals – from voltage and current, through temperature, to discrete signals. Galvanic isolation ensures safety and facilitates connection to high-voltage and high-current circuits.
