Two-channel electronic time relay REV-201M NTREV201M-1
Universal dual-channel time relay – precision and flexibility in control
The REV-201M dual-channel time relay is a versatile device designed for reliable control of electrical circuits with a time delay. Intended for both industrial installations and advanced home applications, it offers a wide range of functions and operating modes tailored to diverse needs. DIN rail mounting simplifies integration with existing electrical infrastructure.
Functionality and capabilities
The REV-201M stands out with a rich set of available operating modes, making it an ideal solution for many applications. The ability to choose from seven algorithms – on-delay, pulse (two variants), cyclic (two variants), latching (pre-excitation signaling), and off-delay – allows for precise adaptation of the device's operation to specific requirements. This makes the relay suitable for applications requiring precise timing, such as lighting control, ventilation systems, heating devices, or industrial processes.
The device offers two independent channels that can operate in parallel or independently of each other. Parallel operation allows for synchronization of both channels, while independent operation enables control of two different circuits with separate time settings. This increases the flexibility and functionality of the device. Time adjustment is done smoothly using potentiometers and range switches, ensuring precise setting of operating parameters.
Construction and technical parameters
The REV-201M relay is designed to work with both AC 220-240V/50-60Hz and DC 24V. Relay outputs with a load capacity of 7A at 250VAC (cosφ=1) allow for controlling various types of loads. Thanks to its compact dimensions (35 x 90 x 68 mm) and mounting on a standard DIN rail, the device easily integrates with existing electrical installations. The housing made of plastic provides adequate insulation and protection against external factors (IP40 protection class for the housing and IP20 for the terminals). A wide range of operating temperatures (-30°C to +55°C) allows the relay to be used in harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, LEDs indicate the status of the channels – green indicates the presence of voltage, and red – load activation.
