Professional underfloor heating solution

The thin RAYCHEM QuickNet heating mat with a power output of 160 W/m² is a system for comfortable underfloor heating. The mat has dimensions of 0,5 × 16,0 m (area of 8 m²) and a total power of 1280 W.

Construction and technical parameters

The heating mat, with a thickness of only 3,5 mm, is made on a fiberglass base with a self-adhesive carrier layer. This construction allows for installation directly in tile adhesive just below the floor surface, eliminating the need to raise the floor level. The system consists of a single supply lead with a length of 5 meters, and the heating cable load is 11,2 W/m.

Operating parameters include a supply voltage of 230 V AC, a maximum operating temperature of 120°C, and a minimum bending radius of 30 mm. The heating core insulation is made of fluoropolymer, which guarantees long-term stability of electrical parameters.

Application and installation

QuickNet has been specifically designed for ceramic floors and natural stone in renovation projects. It can be used on stable substrates under wooden tiles and PVC. The self-adhesive construction allows for easy adaptation to any room shape and size without the need to cut the heating cable.

Installation is carried out at a temperature no lower than +5°C, laying the mat directly onto the prepared substrate. The system does not include a thermostat or temperature sensor - these require separate purchase and professional connection.

Safety and certificates

The product meets the highest safety standards confirmed by CE, VDE, and SEMKO certificates. The mat must not be used for heating roof surfaces or on the exterior of the building.
