The RAYCHEM QuickNet heating mat is an advanced solution for comfortable underfloor heating in houses and apartments. Dedicated to ceramic floors and natural stone, it ensures even heat distribution with minimal interference with the floor structure.

Construction and technical parameters

A two-wire heating mat with a surface area of 9 m² and dimensions of 0.5 × 18 meters generates a power of 160 W/m², resulting in a total power of 1440W at 230V. The exceptionally thin design, with a thickness of only 3.5 mm, eliminates the need to raise the floor level.

The mat is equipped with a self-adhesive support mesh, which allows for easy installation directly into the tile adhesive. The heating cable fastening system, based on adhesive bonding, ensures stable cable positioning and optimal thermal contact with the substrate.

Application and installation

The product is intended exclusively for indoor heating, being particularly effective in rooms requiring rapid heating. The mat can be cut to any size and adapted to any room shape thanks to the flexible design of the support mesh.

Installation takes place just below the floor surface within the tile adhesive layer, guaranteeing immediate heat transfer to the room. The system does not require additional insulation or special substrate preparation.

Electrical system and compatibility

The mat is equipped with one 5-meter cold lead, allowing for easy power connection. The heating cable load is 11.2 W/m, ensuring optimal energy efficiency while maintaining a safe operating temperature.

The set is supplied without a room thermostat and floor temperature sensor, allowing for the selection of controls according to the user's individual needs. The system requires an external temperature regulator for full functionality of automatic heating mat control.
