Cable gland – reliable sealing and strain relief

The V-TEC VM16+ LGR cable gland is a robust solution providing tightness and mechanical strain relief for cables in junction boxes, enclosures and distribution boards. The gland's construction, based on an integrated seal and OBO lamella technology, guarantees a high degree of protection IP68 – resistance to dust and water ingress. Construction and application

Made of durable polyamide (PA), the gland is grey (RAL 7035) and supplied in a raw state. It is designed for cables with a diameter from 4.5 mm to 10 mm. It has a metric M16 thread with a pitch of 1.5 mm and a length of 8 mm, ensuring a secure and stable connection. This minimizes the risk of loosening the connection under vibration – the thread is designed to provide optimal fit and vibration resistance.
