Heat-resistant polypropylene drainage pipe

PP-HT pipes from the ONNLINE series are suitable for indoor sanitary drainage installations - where wastewater from both households and public facilities is discharged. Made of polypropylene (PP), they offer resistance to corrosion and to typical household chemicals.

The smooth wall with a thickness of 1 mm minimizes flow resistance and prevents contaminants from settling on the inner surfaces of the pipe. The single-bell design allows for quick installation - the bell integrated with the pipe accommodates the gasket, eliminating the need for additional sealing elements when joining sections.

Thermal resistance and load capacity

Polypropylene can withstand continuous operation at temperatures up to 95°C, which covers the vast majority of domestic wastewater drainage scenarios - including discharge from dishwashers or washing machines. For short-term temperature spikes (e.g., when you pour out a bucket of boiling water), the material handles 110°C without deformation.

The pipe belongs to load class L, which means a load capacity of ≥ 2 kN/m². This is sufficient load for typical installations run in the floor layer or in wall chases in residential and office buildings. When laying at greater depths or under heavy industrial floors, pipes with a higher ring stiffness class should be considered.

Dimensions and compatibility

An outer diameter of 53 mm with an inner diameter of 50 mm is a standard dimension used in domestic drainage installations - compatible with most fittings, tees and elbows available on the market. A commercial length of 250 mm makes the pipe well-suited as an element reaching the stack or as a short connecting piece between larger sections.

The ash (gray) color is visually neutral and unobtrusive once installed - particularly important for visible sections of the installation in utility rooms or laundries.

The pipe is lightweight - weighing just 0.1 kg per piece - which facilitates transport and handling on the construction site even with larger order quantities.
