The insulation board is made of polystyrene strips, single-sided coated with a laminate of polyethylene and metallized polypropylene film with a thickness of 0,13mm (isorol film). To facilitate the correct placement of heating pipes, a print consisting of continuous, dashed, or dotted lines is made on the top layer of the film. Standardly, the board is produced in dimensions of 500 cm x 100 cm x 30 mm. The boards are used as thermal, acoustic, and moisture protection insulation under underfloor water heating in residential and public utility buildings.
