Blind connector with orange backlight and mechanical lock - ECRU IMPRESJA ŁP-7YBS/M/27
Blind Switch with Mechanical Lock – Operation Without Continuous Holding
This is not an ordinary switch. The buttons remain in position after pressing – they do not spring back, and no finger pressure is required. This means the blind moves from start to finish automatically until it reaches the limit. Just press “up” once, “down” once – and that’s it. No waiting, no holding. Especially useful where the blind is heavy or when mounted at height with hands occupied.
Prevents accidental simultaneous activation of both directions – lifting and lowering cannot be triggered at the same time. This is not just convenience, but also motor protection. Blinds with limit switches? Perfectly compatible.
Installation and Design – Simple, Fast, No Threads
Threadless clamps are not marketing hype – it’s fact: wires are inserted and secured with a screw – no twisting, no risk of insulation damage, no need for precise trimming. Installers save time, and years later, the connection remains solid. No loosening, no thread corrosion.
The version with orange backlight acts as a status indicator – you can see whether the blind is in “up” or “down” position, even in darkness. It does not glow continuously – only when the button is active. Subtle, yet highly practical.
Aesthetics and Interior Integration
The frame is not included – and that’s intentional. You can choose one to match your wall color: ecru for warm interiors, anthracite for industrial spaces, glass for minimalist stairwells. The slightly convex, square-based shape doesn’t draw attention, yet doesn’t disappear. It’s there to function, not to decorate.
IP-20 protection rating means: for dry indoor use only. Not for bathrooms. But if you need higher protection, a separate sealing kit is available – no need to buy a different device.
10 A / 250 V – sufficient for most residential blind motors. It won’t overload during brief inrush currents. The C-characteristic allows it to withstand these transient surges without unnecessary tripping.
Nothing superfluous here. Just what works.
