OPTIBAL DN25 ball valve is a reliable solution for shutting off flow in water installations, as well as in heating and cooling systems. Made of dezincification resistant brass (DZR), it guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in difficult conditions. The full bore of the valve minimizes pressure loss, which translates to efficient operation of the entire system.

This valve is particularly appreciated by installers for its ease of installation and operation. The handle provides a firm grip and smooth control, and the BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) internal thread allows for quick and tight connection with pipes. Thanks to the use of PTFE sealing, the valve is corrosion resistant and provides tightness for a long time.

Construction and materials

The key to the durability of OPTIBAL is carefully selected construction and materials. The housing made of DZR brass is characterized by high corrosion resistance, which is particularly important in water installations. The ball element, also made of brass, ensures smooth opening and closing of the valve. The ball seal made of PTFE guarantees tightness even at high pressures. The valve stem made of brass, additionally secured with FPM/FKM (fluororubber) sealing, ensures reliable operation for a long time.

The valve has a two-part body construction, which facilitates its servicing if necessary. The degreased model means that the valve is ready to use immediately after removing it from the packaging – it does not require additional cleaning before installation. The handle height is 54 mm, and its length is 120 mm – these dimensions ensure comfortable use even in tight spaces.
