Balancing valve for precise flow regulation and shut-off

This HydroControl A valve, with a DN 15 diameter and an internal threaded Rp 1/2 connection, is a reliable solution for heating and cooling installations. Designed for both supply and return, it allows for effective shut-off of the medium flow – water or water-glycol mixture. The construction of dezincification-resistant brass, stainless steel, EPDM and PTFE guarantees long life and corrosion resistance.

The valve is characterized by a compact design and maintenance-free spindle sealing. Its oblique arrangement of the spindle axis in relation to the body ensures convenient installation. It is adapted to work in the temperature range from -20°C to 150°C and withstands a pressure of PN 25. The valve capacity, determined by the Kvs coefficient at 4.1 m³/h, allows for precise adjustment to the needs of a specific installation.

Functionality and integration with the HydroControl system

A key feature of this valve is the integrated HydroPort measuring and drain valve. It enables:

• Easy connection of a measuring instrument – without the need for needles or additional adapters (quick couplings).
• Problem-free connection of the capillary of the HydroControl D differential pressure regulator – which is particularly important in advanced control systems (in the case of connection with Hydromat DTR, an additional adapter 1069601 is required).
• Convenient draining and filling of the installation – the use of a Hydroport / GZ ¾ adapter (1069601) is recommended for optimal user comfort.

Thanks to this, the valve is an integral part of the HydroControl system, enabling comprehensive regulation and monitoring of installation parameters. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation for a long time.
