The socket is adapted for plug-in self-clamping connections, which significantly simplifies and speeds up installation. The IP20 degree of protection provides basic protection against touching and the ingress of solid objects, which is sufficient under standard operating conditions. The lack of child protection requires caution in places accessible to the youngest.

The socket with a rated current of 16A and a voltage of 230V is perfect for electrical circuits used to power devices with medium power consumption. The halogen-free material of construction increases safety in the event of a fire, limiting the emission of toxic gases. Compact dimensions (50 x 50 x 37 mm) allow for installation even in limited space. The Karre series is also distinguished by a durable metal frame with a thickness of 1mm, which facilitates installation, and elegant frames available in many colors – they can be mounted vertically or horizontally, adapting to individual preferences and interior design. The socket mechanism has been designed to be easy to install and fail-safe, and the unique shape of the expansion claws minimizes the risk of cuts during installation.
