LED Waterproof Luminaire – reliable lighting in harsh conditions

This LED waterproof luminaire is a robust solution for illuminating rooms exposed to moisture, dust and mechanical damage. Made of durable plastic, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Its construction, with an IP66 degree of protection, guarantees complete protection against dust and water ingress, making it ideal for use both indoors and outdoors.

Construction and light parameters

The luminaire is equipped with an integrated LED light source with a power of 15W, emitting a luminous flux of 1800 lumens. The color temperature of 4000K (neutral white) provides good color rendering (CRI 80-89) and visual comfort. Luminous efficacy at 120 lm/W translates to energy savings. The light distribution is symmetrical, and the beam angle exceeds 80 degrees, ensuring even illumination of the surface. The diffuser material – opal polycarbonate – further softens the light, reducing glare (UGR 26).

Mounting and safety

The luminaire is designed for ceiling or wall mounting. The polycarbonate housing and stainless steel mounting elements ensure corrosion and mechanical damage resistance (IK08). Protection class II guarantees additional safety. The glow wire test confirms resistance to high temperatures (850°C for 30 seconds). A constant current power supply ensures stable operation of the LEDs. The maximum number of luminaires per C16 circuit breaker is 24, and B16 is 55. The wire cross-section should be at least 2.5 mm².
