The Philips LumiStreet BGP290 street luminaire is an energy-efficient alternative to traditional sodium lamps, designed as a direct replacement for existing street lighting installations. Thanks to LED60 technology with a color temperature of 4000K, it provides a luminous flux of 4800 lumens at a power of only 38W, which translates into a significant reduction in operating costs.

LED technology combined with intelligent power management allows for high luminous efficiency with minimal energy consumption. This power-to-luminous flux ratio guarantees a significant reduction in electricity bills and a fast return on investment in modernizing existing lighting.

Identification system and future expansion

Each luminaire is equipped with a QR ServiceTag system, which enables quick device identification and access to service documentation via a mobile application. This solution significantly simplifies the installation process and subsequent maintenance, allowing technicians to instantly identify the device's technical parameters and service history.

Additionally, the luminaire features a Philips SR (System Ready) socket, which allows for easy addition of control modules and sensors in the future without the need to replace the entire luminaire. The system is compatible with the Interact City platform, allowing for the implementation of smart street lighting control, real-time brightness management, and monitoring of the installation's technical condition.

Applications and compatibility

The luminaire is designed for universal mounting on poles with a diameter of 48-60mm, making it compatible with most existing street lighting installations in Poland. The DM10 mechanical impact resistance class guarantees resistance to weather conditions and vandalism, and the special mounting system allows for easy installation without the need to modify existing infrastructure.
