The LZG-35/16 ODM.11 tap connector is a professional solution for electrical power distribution in power systems. The five-way design enables efficient power distribution to multiple auxiliary circuits while maintaining high connection reliability.

Construction and materials ensuring connection durability

The body made of aluminum/copper alloys guarantees optimal electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance in industrial and construction environments. A through-terminal channel for the main conductor allows for seamless routing of cables with cross-sections of 6-25 mm² (for solid wire) or 6-16 mm² (for stranded wire), eliminating the need to cut cores when changing the routing direction.

A single-sided open channel for branch conductors simplifies installation in hard-to-reach places and allows for easy addition of subsequent circuits during installation modernization. The included cover protects connections from accidental contact and the influence of external factors.

Technical parameters and connection capabilities

The device supports a continuous current of 125A on the main path and 76A on each branch path, allowing for the powering of demanding lighting circuits, sockets, or control devices. It supports main conductors of solid wire type with cross-sections of 6-25 mm² and stranded wire with cross-sections of 6-16 mm². For branch conductors, compatibility is available with solid wires of cross-sections 2,5-16 mm² and stranded wires of cross-sections 2,5-10 mm².

A tightening torque of 3,0 Nm for the main terminals and 2,0 Nm for the branches ensures optimal pressure without the risk of damaging the conducting cores. The stripping length is 23mm (main path) and 11mm (branch path) respectively.

The IP20 protection rating guarantees safe operation inside switchboards and electrical cabinets.
