Rack UPS 6kVA / 6kW – reliable power supply for your equipment
This advanced PowerWalker VFI 6000 RMGS UPS is a professional solution designed to protect sensitive devices such as servers, telecommunication systems or laboratory equipment. It utilizes online double-conversion technology (TDC), providing uninterrupted and stable power supply, even in the event of serious disturbances in the electrical network. Thanks to the power factor of 1.0 (PF=1.0), the device efficiently utilizes available power, which translates into real savings and the ability to connect more devices.
Design and functionality
The PowerWalker VFI 6000 RMGS UPS is designed for installation flexibility. It can be mounted in a standard 19” rack (2U high) or used as a freestanding tower. It has a screw terminal for connecting the output, which simplifies integration with existing infrastructure. The built-in LCD panel allows you to monitor the device status and operating parameters, and the communication ports – USB-HID and RS-232 – allow for remote monitoring and control using PowerWalker ViewPower software. Additionally, an intelligent expansion slot is available, allowing you to add communication cards, e.g. SNMP for integration with network management systems. The EPO (Emergency Power Off) function provides quick and safe disconnection of the power supply in emergency situations.
Application and benefits
This UPS model is ideal for both professional installers of emergency power systems and end-users looking for reliable protection for their equipment. A wide input voltage range (110-300 VAC) and compatibility with generators make the device perfect for unstable power grids. Parallel operation capability (up to 3 UPS units) allows you to increase power and runtime, which is especially important for critical applications. The use of online technology guarantees zero switching time to battery power, eliminating the risk of data loss or downtime of connected devices. It is also worth mentioning the possibility of replacing batteries during operation (hot-swap), which minimizes downtime related to maintenance.
