Purpose and construction of NEF30 control buttons

The NEF30 control button is an element designed for mounting in 30.5 mm diameter holes in control panels, control and signaling boards, and machine and device housings. Made of durable materials, it ensures reliable operation in various industrial conditions. The NEF30-KXY model in blue color is equipped with a single control element (1Z 1R) with self-return – after pressing, the button returns to its initial position.

Solid construction and protection

The metal body of the button guarantees high mechanical resistance and durability. The IP55 protection class provides protection against dust and water jets, making it suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. The rated insulation voltage Ui is 500V, and the withstand limited current is 1000A, confirming its safety and reliability in electrical circuits. The button meets the requirements for impulse voltage resistance – 2500V.

Versatility and easy installation

The NEF30-KXY button is compatible with wires with a cross-section from 0.75 mm² to 1.5 mm² (LY, DY). Various contact configurations (NO/NC) are available, allowing it to be adapted to specific application needs. A wide range of operating temperatures (N/2: -15…+30°C; W/3: -30…+50°C) enables its use in various climatic conditions. Installation is simple and intuitive thanks to standard mounting holes. Additionally, the effective opening force is 1.9N and the effective opening travel is 2.3 mm.
