Universal signal lamp for wide application

The D22S signal lamp is a versatile device designed for optical signaling in various industrial and commercial applications. It features a universal power supply voltage of 24V-230V AC/DC, allowing for easy adaptation to existing electrical infrastructure. The blue light color provides clear and highly visible signaling.

Construction and operating parameters

The D22S lamp is designed for mounting in holes with a diameter of 22.5 mm, making it compatible with many standard panels and enclosures. Made of high-quality plastic, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Thanks to the high degree of protection IP66/67 (front part), the lamp is resistant to dust and water ingress, allowing it to operate in harsh environmental conditions. The rear part (IP00), however, requires protection from direct contact with water.

Sliding connection wires facilitate and speed up installation, eliminating the need for additional tools. The lamp operates in continuous lighting mode, providing constant signaling. It can be used in a wide range of ambient temperatures – from -15°C to +30°C (N/2) or from -30°C to +50°C (W/3), allowing its use in various climatic zones. The maximum panel thickness in which the lamp is mounted is 6 mm.

Safety and compliance with standards

The device meets the requirements of the PN-EN 60947-5-1 standard, which guarantees its safety and reliable operation. The insulation voltage is 250V, and the power consumption is only 1W – which translates to energy efficiency. Luminous intensity of lamps is 1000 mcd. Wires with a cross-section of 0.75-1.5mm² (LY or DY) ensure a safe electrical connection.
