19" Rack Cabinet for Device Mounting

This 12U rack cabinet is a practical solution for organizing and securing network devices, monitoring systems (CCTV, alarm systems, and security systems), and A/V/LAN equipment. Ideal for both small businesses and home use, it allows for aesthetic and secure mounting of equipment in a 19" standard. The cabinet design allows for wall mounting, saving valuable space.

Construction and Materials

The cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel SPCC, guaranteeing strength and stability. Rack profiles with a thickness of 1.0 mm provide solid device mounting. The top and bottom plates (0.6 mm) and the front door (4 mm tempered glass / 0.6mm steel) further reinforce the structure. Side doors made of steel sheet (0.6mm) provide easy access to the mounted equipment.

The cabinet is delivered in a self-assembly kit, providing flexibility in adapting it to individual needs. The gray finish (RAL 7035) provides a professional look and blends into the surroundings.

Functionality and Safety

The cabinet has a static load capacity of up to 50 kg, allowing for the safe placement of various equipment. The front door is equipped with a RAZ-G2 lock (same code), and the side doors are closed with a "click" latch, providing basic protection against unauthorized access. Two ventilation holes with dimensions of 105x105 mm in the top plate and cable inlets (175x58 mm) in the top and bottom plates ensure adequate air circulation and facilitate cable routing. The ability to adjust the spacing between the 19” rack profiles allows the cabinet to be adapted to different hardware configurations, and the option to reverse the door left/right increases ease of use.

Additionally, it is possible to mount wheels for easier movement of the cabinet (wheels are not included).
