Robust rack cabinet for mounting monitoring and network systems

The RACK 19" wall-mounted, double-welded cabinet is a practical solution for organizing and securing equipment in small businesses, homes or service points. Designed for mounting devices in the 19" standard, it provides an aesthetic appearance and protection against mechanical damage. The welded construction guarantees stability and durability.

Construction and materials

The cabinet is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel SPCC. Sheets with a thickness of 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm were used, which translates into the durability of the structure. The RACK profile made of 1.5mm steel provides a solid mounting of the equipment. The finish in RAL9004 color (black) gives it an elegant look. The front door is made of tempered glass (5mm) or steel (1.2mm), and the side and rear panels are made of steel sheet (1.2mm).

Functionality and application

The cabinet offers 12 height units (12U) and dimensions of 600x600 mm, allowing for the free mounting of many devices. Use in indoor environments (IP20) guarantees protection against dust. The ability to change the spacing between the RACK profiles allows adaptation to individual needs. Ventilation openings in the top and bottom plates ensure adequate air circulation, and cable inlets facilitate cable routing. The front and rear doors are locked with a key (two keys included), and the side doors can be equipped with an additional lock (RAZB16 - available separately). The cabinet is delivered assembled – ready for wall mounting with four screws (not included).
