The S124 PoE Switch is a reliable solution for powering and connecting IP cameras and other network devices using Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology. It provides efficient power management and simplifies installation by eliminating the need for separate power cables. With 24 PoE ports, the switch allows you to create an extensive video surveillance system or IP network without the need for additional power supplies.

Functionality and Performance

The device offers 24 10/100 Mbps ports supporting IEEE 802.3af/at (PoE+) standards, delivering up to 30W of power per port, with a total output power of up to 160W. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mbps) are used to connect the switch to the backbone network or other high-bandwidth devices. Automatic PoE device detection simplifies configuration and ensures compatibility with various types of cameras and network devices. The Long Range function allows data and power transmission over a distance of up to 250 meters in 10 Mbps mode, increasing installation flexibility.

Mounting and Application

The S124 switch is designed for easy mounting in rack cabinets (1U) and standard enclosures. Thanks to its compact dimensions (330 x 44 x 204 mm), it can also be placed in other locations. LED optical signaling informs about the operating status of individual ports, facilitating diagnostics and network monitoring. The device is ideal for use in video surveillance systems, IP networks, as well as in office buildings, hotels or shops where reliable power and data transmission are required for cameras and other network devices. Mounting brackets for 19" racks are included in the set.
