Universal RACK cabinet for many applications

The 42U floor-standing RACK cabinet, with dimensions of 600x1000 mm, is a solid solution for organizing and securing equipment in CCTV, TV distribution, SSWiN, RTV, LAN and other installations. It is designed for both professional use - in server rooms or data centers - and for home use for demanding users. The construction allows for aesthetic mounting of equipment and protects it from mechanical damage.

Construction and materials

The cabinet is made of durable cold-rolled steel SPCC of varying thickness depending on the structural element. RACK profiles are 2 mm thick and screwed, ensuring stability and rigidity. Cross profiles are made of steel 1.5 mm thick, and the cabinet frame from 1.2 mm sheet metal. The front doors are equipped with 5 mm thick tempered glass, providing visibility of the devices placed inside. The side and rear doors are made of 1.2 mm thick steel. The whole is finished in black RAL 9004.

Functionality and mounting

The cabinet offers 42 units of height (42U) of mounting space for 19" standard devices. It provides a static load of up to 1000 kg with mounted leveling feet. The set includes four wheels without locking and four leveling feet, making it easy to transport and stable positioning of the cabinet. The ability to change the spacing between the front and rear RACK profiles allows you to adapt the cabinet to different equipment configurations. Additionally, the cabinet has ventilation holes in the top and bottom plates and in the front doors to ensure adequate air circulation. The possibility of mounting a fan panel (RAWP) further improves cooling. The set includes two keys for the front and rear doors. The side doors can be equipped with locks (RAZB16).
