42U RACK Cabinet – a solid foundation for your infrastructure

This freestanding 42U RACK cabinet with dimensions of 600x600mm is a universal solution for organizing and securing network equipment, servers, CCTV systems, KD, SSWiN, RTV or LAN. It is suitable for both small businesses and larger installations. The construction designed for self-assembly provides flexibility in adapting the cabinet to specific needs.

Construction and user features

The cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel SPCC of varying thickness (1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm), which guarantees the strength and stability of the entire structure. The RAL9004 (black) finish gives it a professional look. The front doors made of tempered glass provide good visibility of the installed devices and resistance to mechanical damage. The rear doors are made of solid steel, and the side doors have a snap-lock mechanism with the possibility of installing a lock (RAZB16). The use of locks in the front (RAZ-S) and rear (RAZ25) doors increases the security of the stored equipment.

The cabinet is equipped with 4 transport wheels (without lock) and 4 leveling feet, which facilitate its movement and stable positioning on uneven surfaces. A well-thought-out cable entry system in the top and bottom plates allows for organized cable routing. The ability to change the spacing between the front and rear RACK profiles provides flexibility in configuring the mounting space. The set includes mounting screws with a basket to facilitate device installation.

Parameters and application

The cabinet offers 42U mounting height with a width of 19 inches and a depth of 360mm. The maximum static load is 1000kg (with leveling feet), allowing for the safe placement of even heavy equipment. The IP20 protection class provides basic protection against touch and solid objects. The cabinet is ideal for indoor use and is covered by a one-year warranty from the manufacturer PULSAR. The set also includes spaces for a ventilation panel (for 2 fans).
