Universal RACK cabinet for many applications

The 19” RACK cabinet is a practical solution for organizing and securing devices in monitoring (CCTV), intercom (KD), alarm (SSWiN), audio-video (RTV) and computer networks (LAN) systems. It will work both in small companies and for home use. The construction allows for aesthetic mounting of equipment and protects it from mechanical damage.

The cabinet is delivered in a self-assembly kit, which provides flexibility in adapting it to individual needs. Made of high-quality SPCC cold-rolled steel, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The gray RAL 7035 finish blends into most environments.

Construction and functionality

The cabinet has dimensions of 540 x 280 x 400 mm (+/-2 mm) and is designed for mounting devices up to 4U high. The structural strength guarantees a static load of up to 30 kg. The front door is equipped with a lock (compatible with RAZ-G1), and the side doors are closed with a click, ensuring the safety of the stored equipment.

Additionally, the cabinet has been designed with ease of installation and maintenance in mind:

• Adjustable spacing between 19” RACK profiles – front/back, which makes it easier to adapt to different devices.
• Ventilation opening in the top panel (105x105mm) ensures proper air circulation and prevents overheating of equipment.
• Cable inlets in the top and bottom panels (175x58mm) allow for organized cable routing.
• The ability to reposition the door to the left or right side increases installation flexibility.
• Suitable for indoor mounting.

The cabinet meets the IP20 standard, which means protection against touching with a finger and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. The product has a CE declaration of conformity and is covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty – Pulsar K. Bogusz Sp. J.
