RACK Cabinet for Professional System Integration

The 9U wall-mounted RACK cabinet, designed for mounting devices in the 19" standard, is an ideal solution for small businesses and homes where aesthetics and order in installations are key. It enables the integration of CCTV, IDS, SSWiN, RTV and LAN systems in one place, providing easy access and protection against mechanical damage. The assembly construction provides flexibility in adapting the cabinet to specific needs.

Construction and Application

The cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel SPCC of varying thickness (1.2mm, 1.5mm), which guarantees the strength and stability of the structure. The RAL9004 (black) finish provides an elegant look. The intended use of the cabinet is primarily for indoor mounting (IP20), which means protection against touching and larger solid bodies. The ability to change the spacing between the 19" RACK profiles – front – rear – allows you to adapt the space to different devices. Ventilation holes in the top panel (2 x 105x105mm) and cable inlets in the bottom and top of the cabinet (340x56mm) ensure adequate air circulation and facilitate cabling.

Functionality and Safety

The cabinet is equipped with front doors with a lock (the same code for all RAZ25 locks) and side doors with the possibility of mounting an additional lock (RAZB16). The front doors can be opened from both the left and right sides. The ability to remove the rear panel facilitates access to devices during installation or service. The static load of the cabinet is 70 kg, which ensures safety for the mounted devices. Additionally, the cabinet is RoHS compliant, confirming its compliance with environmental requirements.
