Do you need to extend the range of your Ethernet network and PoE power? The EXT-POE4H extender from Pulsar is the perfect solution. The device allows you to increase the transmission distance of data and power by another 100 meters, enabling you to connect two PoE IP cameras using a single cable. The hermetically sealed housing ensures reliable operation in harsh weather conditions.

Universal power supply and compatibility

EXT-POE4H offers flexibility in terms of power supply. It can be powered by either a PoE switch (PoE IN input compliant with IEEE802.3af/at standard) or an external power supply with a voltage of 44-57VDC. The choice of power source is made using a convenient configuration jumper. Please note that the PoE OUT1 and OUT2 outputs are not fully compliant with the IEEE802.3af/at standard, which should be taken into account when selecting end devices.

Safety and protection

The device is equipped with a number of protections, such as overload protection (OLP) and short-circuit protection (SCP), which guarantees safe and stable system operation. In addition, LEDs indicate the presence of voltage at the input and the status of the LAN network connection, making it easier to diagnose any problems.

Solid construction and easy installation

The hermetic housing (IP56) protects the device from external factors such as moisture and dust. The EXT-POE4H can be mounted on a pole (pole adapter OZB2 required – available separately) or indoors. Compact dimensions (198 x 148 x 78 mm) make installation easy even in tight spaces.
