The RAPS800 fixed shelf is a reliable solution for organizing space in RS/ZRS type RACK cabinets. Designed for mounting in cabinets with a depth of 800mm, it allows for convenient placement of devices that do not have a standard 19" enclosure. Made of durable cold-rolled steel, it provides stability and safety for your equipment.

Construction and mounting – simplicity and functionality

The shelf is characterized by a solid construction, guaranteeing a static load capacity of up to 60 kg. Side mounting to 19" RACK profiles is done using four mounting points, and all necessary elements – M6 screws and mounting baskets – are included. The shelf dimensions (485 x 550 mm) allow for efficient use of the available space in the cabinet. The shelf height is 48 mm, allowing for the free placement of devices of various sizes.

Materials and finish – durability and aesthetics

The shelf is made of high-quality SPCC cold-rolled steel with a thickness of 1.2mm and coated with RAL9004 (black) coating, which ensures corrosion resistance and an aesthetic appearance. The metal construction guarantees long-term operation even in demanding conditions. Precise workmanship with a tolerance of +/-2 mm ensures a perfect fit for standard RACK cabinets.
