Universal flush-mount enclosure for alarm system keypads

This robust, metal enclosure Pulsar AWO356 is designed for the safe and aesthetic mounting of keypads in alarm systems. It is suitable for both domestic and commercial installations, providing protection against mechanical damage and unauthorized access. The enclosure is compatible with a wide range of keypads from different manufacturers, making it a universal solution for installers.

Construction and application

Made of DC01 sheet metal with a thickness of 0.7 mm, the AWO356 enclosure is characterized by high strength and corrosion resistance thanks to anti-corrosion protection and powder coating in RAL 9003 color (white). Designed for flush-mounting, it provides a discreet look and blends perfectly into the surroundings. The external dimensions of the enclosure are 250 x 162 x 61 mm, and the mounting flange 276 x 193 mm. Inside there is a removable mounting plate without holes, allowing for flexible adaptation to different types of keypads. The keypad mounting dimensions are 185 x 142 x 52 mm.

Safety and functionality

The enclosure is equipped with an anti-tamper protection in the form of a microswitch that signals the opening of the enclosure. Additionally, a lock with a unique code (two keys included) provides protection against unauthorized access to the keypad and its settings. Environmental class II and operating temperature range from -10°C to +40°C guarantee reliable operation under typical usage conditions. Protection class IP20 provides basic protection against touch and solid objects. The enclosure is RoHS compliant, confirming its compliance with environmental requirements.
