The AWOH405015 metal enclosure is a reliable solution for protecting electronics in demanding conditions. Made of durable cold-rolled steel, it provides effective protection against moisture, dust and mechanical damage. The IP66 protection class guarantees complete resistance to dust and water jets, making it ideal for outdoor applications and in harsh industrial environments.

Construction and mounting

The enclosure is designed for easy installation and ease of use. The external dimensions are 400 x 500 x 150 mm (with a tolerance of +/-2 mm), and the mounting plate is 350 x 465 mm (also with a tolerance of +/-2 mm). Made of 1.2mm thick sheet metal (body and door) and 1.5mm (mounting plate) ensures stability and durability of the structure. A two-point latch further secures the contents against unauthorized access. The ability to reposition the door to the left or right increases installation flexibility. Surface mounting simplifies integration with existing infrastructure.

Durability and resistance

The robust construction of the enclosure, made of SPCC rolled steel, provides high resistance to mechanical damage - IK10 class. A textured epoxy-polyester powder coating in RAL7035 (grey) protects against corrosion and provides an aesthetic appearance. The enclosure is designed to operate in a wide temperature range (-10°C to +40°C) and at a relative humidity of 20% to 90% (without condensation).
